The Channel 4 News Presenter thinks the media needs to draw people from all walks of life
This year鈥檚 MacTaggart lecture, the most prestigious media lecture of the year, was delivered by Jon Snow the presenter of Channel 4 News.
In it he discussed how the explosion of digital media did not connect us any more effectively with 鈥渢he left behind鈥� in society, those who are disadvantaged and excluded.
He links the Grenfell Tower disaster to a disconnect between the metropolitan elite of which the media is a part.
