'Despair in its purest form' - PND sufferer
Post-natal depression sufferers Bea, Lucy, and Karen told 5 live about their experiences of living with the illness.
They're among an estimated one in ten women who suffer from PND within a year of giving birth.
Karen spoke to Nicky Campbell on Your Call: "I could never go through that again. My next-door neighbour's just had a baby, and I can hear him cry, that tiny newborn cry through the wall, and it makes me feel physically sick because it just brings everything back."
