It is day two of Labour's conference in Brighton and shadow health minster Jon Ashworth has taken to the main stage to call on the government to provide a 拢500m winter bailout fund to increase capacity in struggling hospitals.

Mr Ashworth told Mishal Husain that the 拢500m figure comes after reviewing the last winter season calling it one of the "worst winters in the NHS".
