Burundi defends withdrawal from ICC
Burundi has become the first member state to leave the International Criminal Court (ICC) a year after it lodged its notice of withdrawal.
The country's ambassador to the UK, Ernest Ndabashinze, told Focus on Africa that Burundi was protecting its sovereignty.
