Celebrated children's author Jacqueline Wilson received a special award on Sunday night
Author and former children's laureate, Dame Jacqueline Wilson, was awarded the Bafta Children's Special Award on Sunday night in recognition of her contribution to children's television.
She writes of course not about dragons and and wizards and fantasy but about the gritty facts of everyday life -- coping with sadness and loss.
