The man deciding who gets into Berghain
The German capital Berlin is world renowned for its night clubs. And the most famous of them all is Berghain, which is based in a huge converted power plant in the east of the city. It is often described as 'the best club in the world' and one of the reasons for its reputation is that it's very difficult to get into.
The man responsible for deciding who makes the grade is the club's doorman Sven Marquardt who's been working at Berghain since it opened in 2004.
But he didn't start out as a doorman.
