Silence, darkness and claustrophobia. Three words you wouldn't often use to describe an extreme sport.

Ant Williams is a competitive deep sea diver and regularly dives to the depths of the ocean on a single breath of air. The sport has killed a friend and causes him to cough up blood, after a race but Ant says he enjoys pushing his body and mind to the limit.
