A refugee's moment of silence
South African photographer John Wessels took this image of Anny, 30, in a church after she fled the fighting in the Kasai region of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Nearly one and a half million people have been displaced from their homes.
John explains what happened to Anny and what he thinks makes this photo so special.
