Jewel Howard Taylor, wife of Liberia's ex-president Charles Taylor who is serving a prison sentence for war crimes, has defended her position as running mate and vice president to president-elect George Weah, saying her political record speaks for itself.

She told the 麻豆社's Jonathan Paye-Layleh that she has qualities that will complement those of George Weah in a new government.
