Rescuers in Syria are searching through rubble in the rebel-held city of Idlib after a big explosion killed at least 23 people. With most Syrian territory now back in government hands, many now say the war is over, and the battle for power is shifting to diplomatic and political fronts. But it's been a punishing year.
