A proposed new tourist attraction of a zip wire in the Lake District has divided the community, and public opinion.

The 拢1.8m plan is for a zip-wire that is eight times bigger than an existing one at an adventure course near Windermere, and for an 18 mile cycle track around the Thirlmere reservoir.
