Tasnim Lowe, whose mother Lucy was one of the victims of the Telford abuse scandal, has told Â鶹Éç 5 live that the authorities should ‘100%.. have taken charge’.

Lucy Lowe was murdered in 2001 aged just 16, killed by the man who groomed her, Azhar Ali Mehmood – who was also Tasnim’s father.

Tasnim was aged just two at the time. She spoke to 5 live’s Anna Foster after fresh attention was given to what happened in Telford.
