Culture Secretary Matt Hancock said it was "very important to stand up" to Russia over the poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal, but the UK must "continue to engage" with the country.

He was also pressed on whether England should compete at the World Cup in Russia this summer; and on whether it was acceptable that passports will be made outside the UK following Brexit.
