Are policing cuts to blame for the rise in violent crimes across London?
There has been a recent upsurge in attacks in London this year with the Met opening 55 murder investigations in London in 2018. Many of those killed have been young teenagers. A leaked Home Office document seen by the 麻豆社 has concluded that a fall in police numbers is likely to have contributed to a rise in serious crime. So is there a link between cuts to policing and the rise of violent crime? We speak to Home Secretary, Amber Rudd, who doesn't think so.
