麻豆社 Radio 5 live's Wake Up to Money has been to one of the youngest offices in the UK.

Staff at Social Chain, a digital marketing company in Manchester, have an average age of 25.

They work in a variety of colourful spaces, they can bring their dogs to work, take a screen break over a game of table tennis, and are offered unlimited holiday leave.

Employees call it 鈥渓ife-life balance鈥�, rather than work-life balance.
