Young migrants who've had UK schooling face higher tuition fees
As the government continues to grapple with the Windrush scandal, younger people are claiming they are being treated unfairly by its stricter immigration policy. Changes to immigration rules mean that young people who have discretionary leave to remain in this country but are waiting to be granted indefinite leave are no longer treated as home students with access to loans. So they are forced to pay higher international fees.
