International trade secretary says Lords are wrong to 'thwart' Brexit

International Trade Secretary Liam Fox says the Lords are wrong to try and 'thwart' Brexit.

He added: "What the implication of the Lords' amendment last night is, is that we could be delaying exit from the EU indefinitely. It is a back door mechanism, in my view, of trying to block the democratic process."
