48-year-old Andy Train came out as gay a day before his 33rd birthday. He was married to a woman for 4 years and says that at the time he felt that he was 鈥渢he only person in the world鈥� who felt like he felt. He says his wife at the time was 鈥渧ery distressed鈥� after he came out and that it was a 鈥渞eally deep and difficult time鈥�.

He says friends told him to stay in the closet but he says he 鈥渏ust needed to find out who he was鈥�. Andy says he changed dramatically after he realised he was gay. He lost weight, changed his hairstyle and has never drunk bitter since.
