South Sudan's rebel leader Riek Machar rejects the terms of his return to Juba
The South Sudanese rebel leader, Riek Machar's spokesman, Stephen Kuol, dismisses a renewed offer of protection from the Juba government on the condition that Dr Machar returns from South Africa where he's under house arrest, without troops loyal to him.
