Zoe Conway speaks to residents, their family and staff at the North London Hospice.
The charity Hospice UK wants society to talk more about death and grief. As part of Dying Matters Week, Zoe Conway reports from the North London Hospice to find out its role in its residents' end of life care.
She also speaks to Joy Watkins, who plans to die at home and is getting help from the hospice for that to happen.
