Children can be quite excited at the prospect of going to a wedding, the magic of the event, dressing up, a big cake, dancing. But what's the reality? – A terribly long ceremony, speeches where you have to be very, very quiet, & finished off with a sugar high melt down. So, should you invite children to weddings, what role do you give them and how do you manage and entertain them? Jane Garvey asks Anna Burnside, a journalist at the Daily Record, and Lucy Wright who runs a weddings and events company in UK and Europe.
