A Wiltshire weightlifter has been told her training may have saved her from serious injury after her car was hit a seven tonne lorry in Marlborough.

Amazingly, Tammi Lummes walked away from the crash with just cut and bruises.

She's still hoping to fly off to her first European Championships next Friday.
