Irish Senator Neale Richmond says Brexit is not going to be good for Ireland

Neale Richmond from the Fine Gail party and Chair of the Irish Senate's Brexit Committee acknowledges that resolving the 'hard border' issue between the UK and Ireland post-Brexit is not going to be easy.

Theresa May's cabinet has agreed on a proposal that would see the UK match EU tariffs after 2020, if there is no deal on their preferred customs arrangements.

But Brexiter and former Conservative leader Iain Duncan Smith tells us that any "backstop" plan should be short-term and no more than a month or two.
