Malian migrant dubbed spiderman after saving toddler clinging to Paris balcony

Mamoudou Gassama scaled the outside of building to reach the child who was dangling by its arms from a 4th floor balcony. The 22-year old who's living illegally in France was honored by the French President for saving the 4-year-old child's life as the 麻豆社's Lucy Williamson explains.
