New Derby County manager Frank Lampard has outlined how he'll 'tap into' the club's successful history, especially from the 1970's to help bring about success in the current era. Derby won the league title in 1972 and 1975, the first occasion under the legendary Brian Clough. The former Chelsea and England midfielder also says he'll draw on his experiences playing for a wealth of top managers, including Jose Mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti, but will ultimately aim to be his 'own man'.
