EU countries are divided over how to deal with refugees and migrants

There are new signs of divisions among European Union countries over how to deal with refugees and migrants ahead of an emergency meeting this weekend. A spokesman for Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban says every country has the right to decide how to deal with immigrants and former Spanish migration minister, Anna Terron, says we all have a moral duty to help refugees.
