Nigerian soldiers missing following attack
Army base in north-eastern Nigeria was overrun by Boko Haram militants.
Uncertainty continues to surround the fate of hundreds of Nigerian soldiers as reports emerged yesterday that a base in the northeastern state of Yobe had been overrun by Boko Haram militants. The base is said to have contained up to 1000 soldiers, the majority of whom have appear not have made it to the nearest town of Geidam yet.
