Binaural mix of Eriks Esenvald's Shadow
In the centenary year of the end of the First World War, the World Orchestra for Peace 鈥� founded by Georg Solti as an expression of international musical harmony 鈥� returns to the Proms.
膾riks E拧envalds's choral piece is a setting of Longfellow's poem, A Shadow, which offers perspectives on the lives and fate of children when their parents are gone.
