Ciani says "Having performed on the Buchla 200 from the late 1960s for a decade, and in recognition of the resurgence of interest in modular electronic instuments today, I am again performing live Buchla, this time on the 200e system, a modern variant of the original modular from the day. In honour of the earlier techniques, that I developed for live performance, I'm referencing the same raw material that I played then."
