Iain Duncan Smith's think tank has released a report into tackling London's gangs
Former Conservative leader, Iain Duncan Smith, says that "massive coordination between boroughs" to "take kids out of gangs" is needed to tackle violent crime. But retired superintendent, Leroy Logan, says the "over-emphasis on gangs is a smokescreen." The report comes as the hundredth homicide investigation in London this year was launched last week.
