Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust: 'A culture of denial'
An independent review into maternity failures at the Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust (SaTH) is to be expanded after more families alleging poor care.
The Department of Health ordered an investigation into the NHS trust last year after families raised concerns about 23 cases.
Rhiannon Davies's baby daughter Kate died hours after she was born at SaTH. She told Radio 4's World at One that "it is unacceptable that this Trust is still in denial...it is a completely toxic Trust, led by a failing management".
