Are you getting enough daylight at work? Living out of sync with your body clock can affect your mood, mental ability, reaction time and even physical strength. But when it comes to the workplace, how could a lack of natural light and outdoor views affect our well-being? Lighting designer Afron Davies gives his thoughts on the 麻豆社's lighting.
