Carlos Carvalhal says players carrying out personal training sessions away from the squad are a 鈥渂ig enemy鈥� of the present-day football manager.

The former Swansea and Sheffield Wednesday boss was speaking to Guillem Balague on the Football Daily podcast about how the modern player has changed.
