Brexit Text Agreed in Talks Breakthrough
UK & EU officials agree the draft text of a Brexit agreement after months of negotiations.
The proposals will now be put before all twenty-seven EU member states. Also: after the heaviest clashes in four years between Hamas and Israeli forces, the Gaza-based militants say they've agreed to an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire; and the trial of the Mexican drugs kingpin, Joaquin Guzman, is postponed.
