The Parole Board has ruled that the "black cab rapist" must stay in prison

The Parole Board has ruled that the "black cab rapist" John Worboys must stay in prison, after the original decision to free him was challenged by his victims. One of his victims, known in court as DSD, says even 16 years after the attack she's "unable to leave the house" and her "marriage has broken down".
