It's been a whirlwind autumn for Cornish rugby player Sam Matavesi.
Not only did he represent his country Fiji in the autumn internationals but he was part of the team that claimed an historic victory over France.
Sam's father Sireli is Fijian and his brothers Joel and Josh have also played for their country.
Even more remarkably, Sam balances his club rugby at the Cornish Pirates with a career in the Royal Navy.
