Climate change negotiators gather in Poland
Katowice is a city in southern Poland which is best known for its vast coal reserve. But this morning, the city will be hosting delegates from around the world to discuss climate change. This is the first major conference since the Paris Climate Summit Treaty of 2015, which is considered a landmark arrangement to address global warming. But things are not looking good. The 麻豆社's Julian Worricker talks to Angel Hsu, an Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies at Yale-NUS College.
