Transport secretary accepts some responsibility for this summer's rail network disruption
Transport Secretary, Chris Grayling, accepts some responsibility that he 鈥渄idn鈥檛 ask tough enough questions鈥� during the summer when rail timetable changes caused mass disruption. He told Today that he was reassured by industry leaders that the networks were "ready" for changes.
