De facto Deputy Prime Minister, David Lidington, told Today that Tuesday's defeat in Parliament is "inconvenient", but doesn't stop them collecting taxes and preparing for Brexit. Theresa May's defeat comes on the eve of a five-day debate on Brexit, leading up to the delayed Commons vote on Brexit.
