Former X Factor winner Steve Brookstein has told 麻豆社 Radio 5 Live he can now 鈥渓augh鈥� that he thought winning the competition would make him a chart success.

Speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Emma Barnett he said that he thought nothing could go wrong when he was announced as the winner.

Steve was the first ever series winner of X Factor and was later dropped by Simon Cowell and his record label.
