A major new choral work has been commissioned to mark the occasion

One of the country鈥檚 oldest amateur choirs has commissioned a major new choral work from one of Britain鈥檚 leading composers, Cecilia McDowall, to commemorate 500 years since the death of the renowned polymath Leonardo da Vinci. The world premiere will take place at the Royal Festival Hall in London next week. 麻豆社 arts correspondent Rebecca Jones has been along to rehearsals.
