South African athlete Caster Semenya has lost her challenge against new IAAF rules which attempt to restrict testosterone levels in female runners. We speak to tennis great Martina Navratilova who says she is "very disappointed" by the verdict. She also addresses the criticism she's faced over comments about transgender athletes and cheating, saying she "did not apologise", but "didn't mean to say that all transgender are cheaters".
