Postpartum Psychosis and Me
As a new mum, Alex Mills felt on top of the world. It didn't take long for those around her to notice that something wasn't right though.
In this interview, she explains how it felt to be diagnosed with Postpartum Psychosis, a condition that she'd never heard of. She also talks about the steps she continues to take to manage her mental health as a young mum.
