Author Casey Cep reveals the story behind Harper Lee's attempt to write a true-crime book based on a murder case in Alabama in the 1970s. It's unknown whether the To Kill A Mockingbird author finished her manuscript, but detailed research notes and a draft first chapter have been found. Casey Cep tells the full story in Furious Hours: Murder, Fraud and the Last Trial of Harper Lee, which will be published on 16 May.
