One hundred people have been attacked and stabbed to death this year in the UK, and many others sustained knife injuries. Diane Harley's 14 year-old son was stabbed in the arm in Dudley last month. She describes what happened. We also hear from Nazir Afzal, the former chief prosecutor in Greater Manchester, and Dave Thompson, the chief constable of the West Midlands.
