Ahead of the EU summit, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte says Brexit will cause "chaos"

The Dutch Prime Minister tells Today that Brexit will cause "chaos" and have a "huge impact" on the UK's economic growth and global significance. Mark Rutte claimed that the new prime minister will have to change the UK's Brexit position to avoid no-deal. The 麻豆社's Europe editor Katya Adler spoke to him in Brussels ahead of the EU summit.
