China has accused protesters who vandalised Hong Kong's parliament on Monday of "serious illegal actions" that "trample on the rule of law". District councillor with the pro-Beijing Democratic Alliance Nixie Lam says "we can kiss goodbye to Hong Kong" if violent protesters aren't prosecuted.
