Iran has breached the limit on its stockpile of low-enriched uranium set under a 2015 nuclear deal with world powers, the International Atomic Energy Agency has confirmed. Former British ambassador to the US Peter Westmacott tells Today that America needs to provide sanctions relief before Iran comes to the negotiation table. "They are not in the market for a simple, meaningless photo op like Kim Jong-un is."
