Should hydraulic fracturing be banned?

Labour is promising to ban fracking, the controversial process of extracting natural gas from rocks. It claims there is no choice if the UK wants to tackle climate change.

We hear from Francis Egan, the chief executive of Cuadrilla Resources, the company which is developing shale gas in Lancashire using hydraulic fracturing; and Danielle Rowley, Shadow Minister for Climate Justice and Green Jobs.
