John Martin is one of 麻豆社 Radio Cornwall's longest serving sports commentators.

He started off in the early 1990's covering football but it wasn't long until he switched to rugby.

He's commentated on the Cornish Pirates home and away, plus a host of Twickenham finals.

But how does he do it? How much preparation goes into each game?

John has been speaking to 麻豆社 Radio Cornwall's Sports Producer Ross Ellis.
